Quaterra Private Placement Withdrawn, Subscriptions Returned
VANCOUVER, B.C. — Quaterra Resources Inc. (“Quaterra” or the “Company”) today announced that due to COVID-19 and general market conditions the company has withdrawn its previously reported Private Placement. All subscriptions to the offering will be returned.
